With roots in Wyoming and Montana, owner Carol has traveled extensively all over the world.  She admits openly that she loves all animals but has a passion for horses and Border Collies. Horses and Border Collies have always been in Carol's DNA (she says since her first hiccup and they kissed the milk off her face). She is a third generation Border Collie breeder and started breeding Border Collies at 18 with an eye for exceptional, quality lineage. She learned from the best, her grandparents. She admires the intuitiveness and kindness of the Border Collie. Carol also loves her clients, art and nature.

Bright Morning Border Collies (BMBC) was named after a fantastic mare that owner Carol rescued and re-homed.   Bright Morning's papers revealed her beautiful name, Despite her rough beginning the mare thrived on Carol's farm  and is living her best life in the pasture in the Piedmont region of Virginia.
